Education we don’t want to just provide fun events we want to teach you how to help yourself. We want you to know the right way to workout, know the right foods for your body.

Growth we want you to have a Christ-focused foundation for how to get through the hard times in life. That is why we have small group programs from The People of The Second to help you learn how to develop a strong support system for your spiritually.

Weekly Events: we want to hold weekly events whether they are our workout programs, small groups or meet up events.

Service: we want to help support the other Mental Health organizations in the community through volunteering our service and support.

Our commitments are inspired by the amazing book Conscious Leadership and the Bible.

  1. I commit to taking full responsibility for what I get out of this program to improve my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being.
  2. I commit to support others in their journey to improve their lives.
  3. I commit to regarding every interaction as an opportunity to learn.
  4. I commit to seeing all people and circumstances as allies that are perfectly suited to help me learn the most important things for my growth.
  5. I commit to help foster a community that is safe for everyone to participate without judgement or ridicule.

Why The Owl? Why Prodigal?

We choose the Owl for our logo because most Owls are nocturnal and are able to “see through the darkness”. We know we cannot cure depression but we can help develop the tools to see through thee dark times in your life.

We decided to use the term Prodigal because it stand for one who has returned after an absence. We believed we have all strayed away from our true purpose in Christ and that we all deserve the opportunity to return to our father with open arms.
